In order to offer our customers the best possible product range in 2015, we would like to introduce our new signings for the new season. The team of flyers, brochures, etc. has now received prominent support from presentation folders, ring binders, stickers, sticky notes and fan clappers.
High demand and the requirements of our customers and markets has made it clear to us that we are taking an important step into the future with these highly motivated new signings and all of our partners will profit from them to a great extent. I will now introduce our extended range of personalised business stationery and ad material in detail and examine their individual abilities.
Five new products for hundreds of new possibilities
The product portfolio of SAXOPRINT can certainly be described as high-quality and competent. The innumerable print products were joined by the advanced advertising technology and opened completely new paths for our customers in the transmission of information and the communication of brands and companies. Today we want to build on this development and offer even more popular and helpful products.
The new stars in the SAXOPRINT product range feel comfortable in all sorts of positions and alongside diverse advertising measures are also suitable for the most demanding everyday situations in the office. The size of the company plays a secondary role as it is the possible areas of application which decide the use and added value which is provided by presentation folders, ring binders, stickers, sticky notes and fan clappers from SAXOPRINT. I would like to comment on this in the following section and give you an illustrative overview of our new products.
Presentation folders – A professional and promotionally effective appearance
As the name suggests presentation folders are usually used for your own or the cross-thematic presentation of products, companies, services etc. Along with the enclosed content they should give the customer an overview of the profile of the company, the services provided and other information. Particularly in sales talks and negotiations various documents are required which can be arranged conveniently in a presentation folder.
The functional folders are used to differing degrees. Alongside presentation folders filled with brochures, business cards and a CD presentation there are also more minimalist examples. They merely contain fewer details and present, alongside the company logo, a short profile and the contact details.
Whatever a company decides with regard to the content of a presentation folder, the message should be tailored to the respective target group and always be clear and appealing in order to make the reader curious about the content. Ideally the message should be visually conveyed to the recipient with graphic elements while the text should meaningfully complement the overall appearance.

Ring binders – everything in order, in every respect
As everyone knows order is one of the prominent German characteristics. So it is not surprising that the file in its modern form is a German invention. Invented in 1886 by Friedrich Soennecken, the file was further developed by Louis Leitz. This is why the synonym for file in Germany is “Leitz file”.
Our new ring binders can be ordered and printed in different variations and folder capacities. The ring files with their space-saving 2 or 4 hole variable mechanism are perfect for consultations and sales talks or for training materials. Whether as a classic ring binder or to be used as a collector’s folder we recommend our files with lever mechanism. There is also the option of equipping all models with a practical business card pocket, a grip hole and a spine label pocket. Individually printed, files also contribute to a uniform corporate identity and an upgrade of the company image.
Stickers – advertise, collect and brand
In the advertising world stickers are a suitable means in order to convey slogans and messages. But it is not only during promotion and marketing campaigns that adhesive film justifies its existence, it can also be employed as a distinctive carrier of important information and branding. A further possible field of application can be traced back to the passion for collecting by consumers or fans of a company. Anyone who has dealt with customer loyalty in detail will find prominent examples of this, for example, from the entertainment or drinks industry.
We offer our stickers in diverse formats in order to support creative projects in the best possible way. Square, rectangular, round, oval or with rounded corners – everything is possible. As each type of use is accompanied by individual requirements, there are also different print options and materials to choose from. Our stickers with 90 µm PVC film are available in white and transparent variations and have an excellent adhesive effect, very high robustness and UV resistance. While the 70 gsm adhesive paper offers the opportunity to write on the paper afterwards.
Sticky notes – For notes that stick
Everyone has encountered them, the small, practical adhesive labels. It is no longer possible to imagine everyday office life without these desk utensils, so it is not surprising that, with your logo, they are amongst the classic forms of advertising. The printed little helpers can be given away at exhibitions, events and as small gifts for customers and therefore enable an increase in awareness and an image boost.
We offer you sticky notes in three classic formats and three different designs. Equipped with 50 or 100 sheets, you can choose between sticky notes with or without soft covers. The two variations with soft covers are available in top opening and book opening forms. Whichever option you choose – office materials with your logo and corporate design will certainly make a lasting impression on customers and business partners.
Fan clappers – visual appearance meets accoustic effects
With banners held in the air fans can only give their team very reserved support. A fan clapper on the other hand combines noise with a striking visual appearance and can be used to provide much more effective support. Furthermore the surfaces of the cardboard provide space to be used as a means of advertising. Fans remember company advertising in the long-term due to the emotional connection with their favourite team. This is a great synergy effect which can be employed during different types of event. During games of our sponsoring partners Dresden Monarchs and Dynamo Dresden and many teams all over the world our fan clappers have already helped create a great atmosphere.
The fan clapper is divided into nine 50 mm panels with the aid of eight grooves and can then be folded into a single panel. The panels can be covered, for example, with two different images and create a similar result to a line raster image.
