Choose a print run from 1 to 10,000 for your brochure with perfect binding. Please note that print runs of up to 100 brochures are prduced in digital printing.
Choose whether you would like a brochure with a 4-sided cover or with a 6-sided folded cover.
In the case of brochures with a cover, you have the option of selecting a different type of paper and different colour mode for the outer sides. However you can also select the same paper type for the inner sides and the cover pages.
Having a 6-sided folded cover, you can choose whether the first or last side is to be folded inwards. Please set the side to be folded inwards as 4 mm smaller than the finished size. See our

Select the finished size for the folded and bound brochure here. Please do not calculate using the open (unfolded) format!
In DL format, a side is 210 mm long, the short side can be 100 or 105 mm long depending on which size you require.
Choose from between 40 to 160 sides for your finished, glued and closed brochure.
For brochures with cover four sides are added, when choosing a folded cover six sides are added.
The colour mode determines the number of colours used when printing your brochure.
Example:
1/1 -> Front side black, rear side unprinted
4/4 -> Four colours on front side, four colours on rear side
If using 4-colour printing, almost all colours can be reproduced.

If required we will finish the surface of our paper with dispersion varnish so that your product has an optimum print quality. This does not include copy/printing paper of 80 gsm to 100 gsm. It is no longer possible to print or stamp products with surface varnish.
Brochures with cover have a 4-sided cover, brochures with folded cover consist of 6 sides with either having the page at the front or at the rear folded inwards.

Your brochure will be finished with a polyurethane reactive glue (PUR) binding. This makes your brochure very durable and flexible. You can find more information in our

A perforation of brochures with perfect binding is not possible.
The time for completion of brochures with perfect binding is 7 working days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays). The selected production period will begin when we have received all of your print-ready artwork or a separate print approval if a galley proof has been requested, and once your payment has been received. If artwork is received by 10am (standard and express production) that working day (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays) is included in the production time as long as we have already received your payment. Please also add some additional time for delivery.
The delivery time for brochures with perfect binding is 1-2 working days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Choose additional UV coating for your brochure as finishing technique. You will achieve highly brilliant colour effects and a high resistance for your brochure.
For brochures, the outer cover pages are finished with UV coating. For booklets with 6-sided cover the outside of the envelope can be refined.
Choose between gloss or matte UV coating. To intensify the desired UV effect, we recommend you to select our silk finish paper for UV coating matte or for UV coating glossy our gloss finish paper.
