Choose a print run from 1 to 200,000 brochures (standard and express production).
In the case of next day production, you can order a print run of up to 50,000 brochures.
Choose whether you would like a brochure with or without cover pages.
In the case of brochures with no cover, all sides use the same paper.
In the case of brochures with a cover, you have the option of selecting a different type of paper and different colour mode for the outer sides.
A cover can consist of 4 or 6 sides. In the case of a 6-sided folded cover, you can choose whether the first or last side is to be folded outwards or inwards. Please set the side to be folded inwards as 2 mm smaller than the finished size.

In DL format, a side is 210 mm long, the short side can be 100 or 105 mm long depending on which size you require.
The number of sides of the finished, folded, bound and closed brochure. If you choose a brochure with a cover, 4 cover sides are added. If the brochure has a folded cover, 6 sides will be added.

The colour mode determines the number of colours used when printing your brochure.
Example:
1/1 -> Front side black, rear side unprinted
4/4 -> Four colours on front side, four colours on rear side
If using 4-colour printing, almost all colours can be reproduced. You also have the option of selecting one additional HKS spot colour. Please select the required HKS colour value in the drop down list.

If required we will finish the surface of our paper with dispersion varnish so that your product has an optimum print quality. This does not include copy/printing paper of 80 gsm to 100 gsm. It is no longer possible to print or stamp products with surface varnish.
Brochures with cover have a 4-sided cover. Brochures with folded cover have a 6-sided cover.

Creasing is an additional finishing process which prevents the folded spine from breaking (flaking of ink) and is
strongly recommended for paper from 170 gsm.
When ordering brochures with spiral binding please do not position any fonts or logos too close to the side on which the brochure will be bound. We recommend a distance of 15 mm.
Select here whether and how you need your brochure to be perforated.
For your brochure one perforation line can be placed per folded double-page (4 sides). Please pay attention to placing the perforation lines at least 1 cm to the fold. Perforation lines are eligible for all papers from 135 gsm on.
Decide for yourself how many working days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays) we can schedule for the completion of your brochures.
The selected production period will begin when we have received all of your print-ready artwork or a separate print approval if a galley proof has been requested, and once your payment has been received. If artwork is received by 10am (standard and express production) or by 5pm (next day production), that working day (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays) is included in the production time as long as we have already received your payment. Please also add some additional time for delivery.
In the case of urgent orders, we recommend express delivery. The delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

Choose additional UV coating for your brochure as finishing technique. You will achieve highly brilliant colour effects and a high resistance for your brochure.
For brochures, the outer cover pages are finished with UV coating. For booklets with 6-sided cover the outside of the envelope can be refined.
Choose between gloss or matte UV coating. To intensify the desired UV effect, we recommend you to select our silk finish paper for UV coating matte or for UV coating glossy our gloss finish paper.
