Order process if you send your own design
Create your individual chosen product in just seven steps:
1. Article features
Use our online calculator to simply and quickly put together your individual chosen product by selecting the print run, format, number of sides, type of paper and additional processing. The delivery date for your order will depend on the type of production (standard, express or next day) and the type of delivery (standard or express). The binding final price (incl. delivery and VAT) will be displayed once you have selected the required features. You can either print out our offer or put your product straight into the shopping basket.
2. Services
We offer various services for your chosen product. You have the option to split your delivery and have it delivered to different addresses. You decide whether your own address or ours is shown as the sender on the delivery. You can also choose whether you would like to receive a voucher copy or galley proof. If you choose the sponsoring option, you will save 5 % of the price of a product by adding our logo to the product. If you are not sure if your artwork is printable, we can offer you a artwork check. We will check your artwork for common mistakes.
3. Shopping basket
All the products you have selected from saxoprint.co.uk will be displayed in your shopping basket. You can give each project a project name which will make it easier to clearly identify them later. If you want to place several orders for a product with different printed information, you can enter the required amount here.
4. My details
Enter your contact details here. When you place your next order the details in this step will already be saved.
5. Order options
Select the addresses for delivery and any voucher copy from your personal address book. Please be aware that printed products can only be delivered within the United Kingdom, with the exception of Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, Herm and Gibraltar. If the colours of your product or products are based on HKS, you can enter the corresponding colour values. Also choose which file format you would like to use to submit your artwork. You can use our convenient upload center right after placing your order or send your artwork to us by email. Please also select how you wish to pay for your order. If you use our e-payment options, the payment will take place right after this step, unlike in the case of pre-payment. It goes without saying that our payment processes correspond to current safety standards.
6. Order overview

7. Confirmation and transmission of artwork
We will send you an email confirming your order. You can also submit your print-ready artwork in the upload center if required. Your order will now be entered into our production process. You can check the product status at any time in your saxoprint.co.uk account by selecting „My orders“ from the menu.
Production and Delivery information
You can choose between different production and delivery times at saxoprint.co.uk. To enable production to start as quickly as possible, we recommend the use of our online payment options directebanking.com or PayPal.
Production period
We can prepare your order as a standard, express or next day production depending on how soon you need your product.
Standard production:
Our standard production guarantees top quality at all times at a low price. Your order will be delivered within a maximum of five working days as long as your online order, your payment and all artwork are received by 10am on any working day.
Express production:
Do you need a shorter production time? Then choose our express production! For a small additional fee, we will complete your order in a maximum of 3 working days as long as your online order, your payment and all artwork are received by 10am on any working day.
Next day production:
If you need something particularly quickly we can offer you our next day production service. Your order will be ready for delivery after only 1-2 working days as long as your online order, your payment and all artwork are received by 5pm on any working day.
Delivery costs
With our all inclusive guarantee you can easily calculate the total price of your products online. Printing, additional processing and delivery are already included in the total price. Simply choose the delivery option. As soon as the print order is completed, we will send you the goods via an approved delivery company.
Type of delivery
In our calculation you have the choice between standard delivery within at least 3 - 4 working days and express delivery within at least 1- 2 working days. Please be aware that larger print orders can result in delays as they need to be sent by courier. Your ordered products will be delivered within the territory of the United Kingdom (except Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, Herm and Gibraltar) to the address you indicated while placing your order. We will not deliver to any location expressly excluded on our website and outside of the United Kingdom.
