That's how to order your desired print product


1. Product Configuration

• Select from a variety of configuration options for your product: print run, format, number of sides, colour mode, paper type, processing options
• Choose your preferred production time: standard (5 working days) (brochures with perfect binding 7 working days), express (3 working days), next day (1-2 working days)
• Select the delivery method: standard (2 working days), express (1-2 working days)

By clicking on "Calculate" the final price incl. statutory VAT and delivery costs is displayed. Of course you can print this quote.

 The above mentioned working days are exclusive Saturday, Sunday and holidays.


2. Services

Choose additional services:

• Use our superior artwork check if you are not sure whether your artwork is printable and have your artwork files checked for the most common sources of error
• Decide if you want your own address or Saxoprint's address to be displayed as sender - benefit from our reseller delivery
• Order a galley proof for print approval of your artwork
• Have your order directly sent to your customer and request voucher copies to be sent to your place
• Sponsoring option - save 5% with our Logo
• Split up your order and have it delivered to several addresses

3. Shopping Basket

All products you have selected on Saxoprint.co.uk will be displayed in your shopping basket. You can give each product a job name which will make it easier to clearly identify them later on. If you want to place several orders for a product using different artwork files, you can enter the required amount here.

If you only want to order one article, you can skip the shopping basket if you click on “Buy now” and you will be forwarded directly to the checkout. 


4. Order Options

Please select the following options before finalizing your order:

• Delivery adress(es) and adress for the voucher copies ( Please note that we deliver exclusively within the territory of the United Kingdom (except Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, Herm and Gibraltar))
• Method of payment - pay by using one of our e-payment options directly after having finalized the order or by pre-payment (our payment options correspond to the current security standards) more information on that can be found in our FAQ

5. Order Overview

Here you will see all your order details at a glance. After having checked these, please confirm our General Terms & Conditions and confirm your order bindingly.
If you have chosen one of our e-payment options (PayPal, direct e-banking), the payment needs to be done immediately, because otherwise the order process will not be finished. If you have selected prepayment, you can pay at any time also via e-payment directly in your customer area.


6. Order confirmation and artwork transmission

After having received the order confirmation you have the option of sending us your artwork files via our upload centre. We will inform you about the status of your order by email. On the customer area you have the possibility to check the status of your order at any time and to track shipped parcels.

In the unlikely occurence of defects with the delivered goods, we want to handle your complaint as easily and quickly as possible. You acknowledge that the Products are of a bespoke nature made to your order. Therefore you will not be entitled to a “Cooling-off Period” during which you can cancel the Contract and return any Products ordered without incurring liability for the agreed price for the Products.
