Appointment cards

 

Choose a print run for your appointment card from 1 to 200,000 items. Alternatively, you can select one of our top seller print runs.
Choose from our most frequently ordered print runs and benefit from our great value top seller prices. Alternatively you can also select your print run as required.

Choose whether you would like your appointment card to be in landscape or portrait format.
Please choose one-sided (front side only), two-sided (front and rear) or four-sided printing.

The number of colours used when printing your postcard determines the chromacity.

Example:
1/0 -> Front side black, rear side unprinted
4/4 -> Four colours on front side, four colours on rear side

When using 4-colour printing, almost all colours can be reproduced. You also have the option of selecting HKS colours. You can let us know the required HKS colour value during the ordering process.

Choose the type of paper for your appointment card here.

If required, we will finish the surface of our paper with dispersion varnish so that your product has an optimum print quality. It is no longer possible to print or stamp products with surface varnish.
Our 246gsm crystal board has a linen visual structure and is being varnished.

Our 350 gsm postcardboard is treated with dispersion varnish on the front side, while it is possible to write on the rear.




1 and 2-sided appointment cards are cut to finished size 85 x 55 mm.

4-sided folded appointment cards will be delivered with a crease at the spine and plano, i.e. unfolded.
Perforations are not possible for appointment cards.
Decide for yourself how many working days we can schedule for the production of your print orders. The selected production period will begin when we have received all of your print-ready artwork or a separate print approval if a galley proof has been requested, and once your payment has been received. If artwork is received by 10am (standard and express production) or by 5pm (next day production), that working day is included in the production time as long as we have already received your payment. Please also add some additional time for delivery.
In the case of urgent orders, we recommend express delivery. The delivery time is usually at least 1 to 2 working days. Further information is available in our shopping instructions.
Choose the artwork check service if you are not sure whether your artwork is print-ready. Our professional pre-printing staff will check your artwork for the most common sources of error and will immediately inform you of any problems which may occur.

Detailed information and support for the creation of print-ready artwork is available in our artwork instructions under menu item “Service & Help”.
Select a galley proof for print approval of your data. We will send you the galley proof by post after receipt of your artwork.

The further processing of your print order will not take place until we have received your express print approval. Galley proofs are therefore not recommended for urgent orders!

Please be aware that the galley proof will be delivered as a digital print and with no further processing on 80 gsm offset paper. It is therefore not colour consistent and will not be printed on the ordered paper! The maximum format for the galley proof is A3. Galley proofs for products which are larger than A3 (e.g. advertising posters and posters) will be produced in A3 format.
If you deliver your orders directly to your customers, you can request voucher copies.

For a print run of up to 10, you will receive one voucher copy, and for a print run of more than 10 you will receive 3 voucher copies. You can arrange for these to be delivered to any address as required, separately from the delivery address for your order.
Save with our sponsoring option 5 % when ordering. Simply insert our logo on your print product.

Our special service for resellers. Choose whether we should send your order with your own or our address as the sender.
Decide whether we should send your order to different addresses. Choose up to 10 delivery addresses and the number of copies of the order which are to be sent to each address. The costs will be calculated on the basis of your distribution.
